- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership, ensuring best-in-class planning and execution.
- Act as a trusted partner to the Executive Team, offering insight into operational performance and advising on future planning.
- Work closely with Client Services to anticipate needs, resolve issues swiftly, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Oversee operational budgets, financial planning, forecasting, and alignment of KPIs/SLAs to business goals.
- Lead Data Operations, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of client data - a critical part of the company's service model.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and managing performance against clear KPIs and SLAs.
- Collaborate with global product and support teams to enhance technology and service efficiency.
- Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles, ideally spanning both office and field-based teams where agility and performance are essential.
- Strong background in data operations and data quality management, with experience leading teams delivering against tight deadlines and 24/7 requirements.
- A motivational leader capable of inspiring and developing large, diverse teams across the UK, with a focus on driving performance, productivity, and positive change.
- Someone who champions Continuous Improvement, encourages innovation, and embraces new ways of working.
- Commercially astute, with an understanding of audience measurement within broadcasting, TV, or video streaming, and the ability to anticipate industry trends. – desireable
