£83,025 £93,275 per year PermanentSJP Recruitment are seeking an experienced Head of Strategic HR Operations on behalf of a client. This is a senior opportunity to lead and shape HR operations in a complex organisation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR functions including Employee Relations, Pay & Reward, HR Policy, HR Systems, Recruitment, and Trade Union relations
  • Develop strategies to strengthen employment relations and attract/retain key talent
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across HR services
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and manage budgets effectively
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in leading HR operations within complex organisations
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with Trade Unions or equivalent bodies
  • Excellent knowledge of HR legislation, policy, and best practice
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and delivery
