- Answer supplier queries via phone and email.
- Post handling and distribution.
- Liaise with relevant departments regarding invoice queries.
- Providing administrative support as needed to the department.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- An eye for detail and accuracy with figures and data entry.
- Intermediate Excel skills
