- £28,000 basic salary dependent on experience

- Acting as the main point of contact for portfolio Landlords
- Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
- Carrying out inspections
- Handling enquiries from Landlords and tenants, ensuring any complaints are dealt with
- Overseeing the student tenancy changeover process
- Building relationships – happy Landlords and tenants are key
- Supporting and guiding junior members of the team
- Maintaining good tenancy administration records
- Keeping up-to-date with legislation and ensure that any changes are applied across the portfolio
- Previous experience in property management needed – at least 12 months’ required
- Student lettings experience is desired, but not essential
- Strong communication & people skills - build lasting relationships!

- Solid IT skills & attention to detail
- A well-presented and professional approach
- Punctuality & great organisational skills
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential
