- Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
- Experience: Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, specifically within the construction industry.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of both blue-collar (e.g., labourers, tradespeople) and white-collar (e.g., site managers, quantity surveyors) roles in construction.
- Skills: Strong business development abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Qualifications: A valid UK driving licence is essential due to the need for site visits.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Uncapped Commission: Earn between 10%-25% commission, with no ceiling on your earnings.
