- Update and maintain credentials trackers and database so information is current and easy to access.
- Build and circulate clear, insightful reports and dashboards from firm systems (e.g. CRM, email and event platforms, web analytics) to support decision making and monitor progress against KPIs.
- Electronic filing: maintain orderly, searchable folders for BD and marketing activities.
- Induction support: help onboard new fee earners to BD processes, house styles and toolkits.
- Prepare marketing materials with first line proofreading and brand checks to ensure quality, accuracy and brand consistency.
- Presentation support: format PowerPoint decks using firm templates and update slide libraries.
- Plan, send and track internal and external mailings, and manage mailing lists.
- Upload marketing content to Osborne Clarke’s external website and intranet.
- Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of sector event programmes to ensure a smooth delegate experience.
- Awards and directories support: collate matter lists, format submissions and track deadlines.
- Deliver desk research to support client relationship development, sector initiatives and targeting.
- BD mailbox and calendar management: triage shared inboxes, schedule sector meetings, and keep action logs up to date.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including a succinct and effective writing style
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Be curious with a desire to learn and progress
- Willingness to explore ways of making improvements, including using new technologies
