Job Description:Automation Lead (Power Platform/ Power Automate)City of London - Hybrid WorkingCirca £55-65k + Bonus & BenefitsOur client, a forward-thinking and globally connected staffing & consulting organization, is seeking a highly skilled Automation Lead with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic technology team where innovation, automation, and collaboration are at the heart of everything they do.As the Automation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering intelligent automation solutions, integrating multiple Microsoft technologies, and driving real business value. You'll have the chance to lead initiatives, influence strategy, and mentor others-while working with some of the most cutting-edge tools in the Microsoft ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
  • Build intelligent bots using Copilot Studio to enhance user interaction
  • Create and manage Microsoft Teams notifications triggered by data events
  • Integrate data sources including Microsoft Graph API, Dataverse, and SQL
  • Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions
  • Lead automation projects and provide mentorship to junior team members
  • Ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams integrations and notification systems
  • Hands-on experience with Graph API, Dataverse, and SQL
  • Experience building bots using Copilot Studio
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to take full ownership of projects
  • Deep interest in Microsoft technologies, automation, and AI
Preferred:
  • Background in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proven ability to excel in high-growth organizations
