Job Purpose and SummaryCanon UK is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our regional commercial, public sector, and digital sales teams. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, executing a profitable go-to-market strategy, and ensuring the achievement of key MTP targets. What we askYou will:Coach and develop each team member to achieve maximum potentialDrive, motivate, develop, incentivise and manage team to deliver budget for area of responsibility whilst adhering to company standardsCascade targets to team as given by Channel Manager for area of responsibilityEnsure proper engagement of sales team to sell appropriate value propositions to the targeted sectors and geographiesManage, develop and plan the capability of the team to manage the balance of volume and value business across both field and digital sales to maximise on profitability of route to marketDevelop and deliver new business sales strategy for area of responsibilityEnsuring that all activities within the accounts are captured and recorded with the tools providedYou will needAs the Sales Manager you will possess the following skills and expertise;
  • Strong written & oral communication, along with excellent interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good planning & organising skills.
  • Sales Management
  • Good IT skills (MS Office suite)
