We help children and young people with complex medical needs live safely and happily in their own homes - and you could be a vital part of that mission.👧 What the role involves:We're looking for a Children's Support Worker to join our team and support two young clients in Tresillian and Redruth.Tresillian package: Weekday evenings (4pm-8pm) and weekends (11am-5pm)Redruth package: Weekday evenings (4.15pm-8.15pm) and weekends (1pm-8pm)You'll be working closely with these children in their family homes, offering care, companionship, and support with day-to-day needs - making their lives as comfortable and fulfilling as possible.🧡 You don't need previous complex care experience - just the right attitude.
