What you'll be working:
  • Working across two children's packages
  • Tresillian: Weekday evenings (4pm-8pm) and weekends (11am-5pm)
  • Redruth: Weekday evenings (4.15pm-8.15pm) and weekends (1pm-8pm)
What you'll be doing as a Female Childrens Support Worker:
  • Supporting our clients with daily activities
  • Supporting their care plans to establish routine
  • Ensure the client feels safe, and stable within their day to day care
  • Personal Care
  • Administrating medication (if required)
What you'll have:
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
  • Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
  • Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
  • Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
