- Analyze product design changes and their impacts
- Support the establishment and maintenance of configuration baselines
- Contribute to change control processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with configuration management policies
- Develop digital engineering skills and participate in the implementation of digital transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related discipline
- Experience in a Configuration Management role in an engineering environment
- Knowledge of Configuration Management principles and standards
- Familiarity with Configuration Management tools and Product Lifecycle Management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience in Configuration Management within the defense industry
- Familiarity with DEF-STAN 05-57 and Windchill PLM
- Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering tools and methodologies
- Understanding of data integration concepts and technologies
- Exposure to Systems Engineering and SysML
- Appreciation of complex system design and verification
