We believe that having access to the right training and learning opportunities, means colleagues and managers can continue to deliver high quality services to St Mungo’s clients, alongside access to equitable career development.In the role of L&D Partner you will:Lead on a range of learning opportunities that support both individual and organisational needs across St Mungo’s.Lead on developing and implementing equitable learning, with a focus on positive action across a range of career development and progression opportunities.Work collaboratively with colleagues within the People, Culture and Inclusion team and across St Mungo’s towards the aims and objectives of our people strategy.Build relationships with a wide range teams and individuals to develop talent progression pathways and opportunities.Facilitate training and coaching, and support others across the organisation to develop these skills.Whilst our main office is currently in Tower Hill, London, we are flexible and encourage a blended working pattern including working from home and across other London or St Mungo’s hub locations.
