- Collaborating with our sales and customer service teams to tackle any billing queries head-on
- Preparing and issuing invoices, statements, and payment reminders
- Keeping records up to date and accurate, because precision matters
- Providing reports to management so we can make confident, informed decisions
- Occasionally supporting our Finance Director and Operations Director with general tasks and queries
- Taking card payments from clients over the phone securely and efficiently
- Experience in credit control, finance admin, or a similar role
- A confident phone manner, clear, friendly, and professional
- Strong data entry and organisational skills with a razor-sharp eye for detail
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly
