- Accurately enter financial data into the company's accounting system.
- Process incoming supplier invoices, ensuring they match corresponding purchase orders and deliveries.
- Validate prices and quantities against agreed terms to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers promptly.
- Previous experience in accounts administration or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Good communication skills for supplier interactions.
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role is essential.
