Start Date: Immediate (September 2025)We have an urgent need for a number of Teaching Assistant's to support a variety of primary and secondary schools in the vibrant Crosby community.We are looking for compassionate and proactive individuals to join our supportive teams. Whether you are a newly qualified TA or an experienced professional, we want to hear from you. We have multiple roles available, from general classroom support to specialised SEN positions.The Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Working with students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups to provide targeted support.
- Assisting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with ASD, challenging behaviour, or complex learning needs.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as preparing classroom materials and displays.
- Competitive Pay: Earn a fantastic hourly rate of £13.68 - £14.00 (PAYE).
