- Acting as a primary point of contact: managing correspondence, phone calls, and communications for the Group CEO.
- Managing the Group CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and ensuring access to all necessary information ahead of engagements.
- Supporting the preparation of executive presentations, board reports, and briefing materials, including managing agenda items and coordinating follow-ups.
- Organising high-level meetings, travel arrangements, and related logistics, ensuring efficient and timely execution.
- Greeting guests, organising receptions, lunches, and refreshments for external visits or internal meetings involving the Group CEO.
- Coordinating logistics for internal and external high-level events, conferences, and engaging with the Marketing team on speaking opportunities.
- Acting as a liaison: communicating with senior internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Group CEO and managing relationships with board members and other executive leaders.
- Liaising with People & Culture (P&C) for executive recruitment activities, including interviews and onboarding support.
- Managing complex global travel arrangements and expense reporting for the Group CEO.
- Reminding the Group CEO of key deadlines, strategic initiatives, and follow-up actions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing reports, correspondence, and strategic documents.
- Assisting with confidential projects and initiatives as required, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Supporting the broader executive team and the Corporate Functions department as needed, sharing workload and ensuring seamless operations.
- Providing cover for administrative support services, including reception duties when required.
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally the Group CEO or equivalent, with a track record of handling sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Mural) and ability to quickly learn company-specific systems.
- Experience supporting large, complex organisations or in global corporate environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and board support practices is a plus.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks for the Group CEO and yourself in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with willingness to work outside regular hours when necessary.
