For 20+ years we’ve helped clients control costs intelligently. Now we’re scaling, both in the UK and internationally. You’ll be the person who keeps the business flowing while the founder focuses on scaling – a critical, hands-on role with real impact. What You’ll Actually Do:
- Own the CEO’s workflow – calendar, inbox, task priorities.
- Ensure meeting actions (yours and theirs) are followed up and executed.
- Keep projects moving: report progress, blockers, and what’s next.
- Manage contracts, savings schedules, renewals, and internal documents.
- Prepare spreadsheets, agendas, and reports for client/internal meetings.
- Be the point of contact for suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Learn, document, and refine our processes, proactively improving how we work.
- Be in the office 3 days a week, working side-by-side with the CEO.
- You’ll see the impact of your work every day – we all muck in.
- You’ll shape how we scale by improving how we work.
- You’ll build systems that make growth sustainable, working closely with decision-makers.
- Enjoy variety, autonomy, and responsibility.
- Get satisfaction from making things run smoothly.
- Want your work to matter and your voice to count.
- Appreciate a week-on / week-off rhythm for real balance.
- Need constant direction or hand-holding.
- Prefer a corporate structure with separate departments.
- Don’t enjoy fast-paced, hands-on environments.
