If you do not currently work for one of these NHS organisations, your application will not be considered at this time.We are looking for a an enthusiastic administrative worker to join our growing Children's ADHD service.The post holder will be responsible for the provision of administrative support to the Children's ADHD Team. This includes co-ordinating new referrals into our assessment clinic, arranging appointments, booking assessments, liaising with other professionals to gather additional information for the clinical team, overseeing the completion of any routine outcome measures, typing letters and reports as directed, diary management, scanning and entering confidential information on to the computer systems. (This post is predominantly working from home, with some expectation to attend meetings face to face on occasion)Please note: If you need sponsorship, please check the requirements for a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) on the gov.uk website to see if you're eligible before applying.Main duties of the job- To be able to respond to telephone queries, giving and taking information accurately, dating and recording where necessary ensuring information is relayed where appropriate.Sort and prioritise incoming and outgoing mail.To provide administrative support for Multidisciplinary Team Meetings and the Team's Business Meeting by preparing the agenda and taking minutesBooking assessmentsManage the Children's ADHD Team activities by ensuring the prompt and accurate typing of letters, reports and specialist assessments.Undertake photocopying, scanning and collating of documents.Order, receive and allocate appropriately service user specific supplies as requested.To participate in audits as required.To undertake any other general office duties that are appropriate to the post in support of the Service.To service meetings as required - set up rooms, refreshments.To organise room and venue bookings and inform participants of meetings and venues.About usWe're an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
