Furthermore, Kepak is driven by innovation and seeks to deliver inspirational nutrition through its diverse range of products.Role Travel RequirementsLimited TravelRole StructureReporting to Livestock Procurement ManagerRole PurposeTo support the site livestock procurement team by providing accurate and timely administration, coordination and reporting. Engage positively and professionally with livestock suppliers and ensure timely responses to all queries engaging with site and livestock teams as required.Permanent Full Time Contract Working Monday To FridaySalary for the role is £24,500 per yearRequirementsRole ResponsibilitiesSupplier queriesFirst point of contact for all producer inquiries, maintaining positive relationships with our livestock farmers (producers), hauliers and our cattle buyersLivestock bookingsProcess livestock bookings and liaising with producers and livestock buyers to ensure correct and timely delivery of cattle to the plantLivestock pricingMaintain accurate records of livestock pricing in accordance with supplier agreements and ensure pricing is correct for livestock paymentsLivestock complianceCross referencing of farm assurance, provenance and specification to ensure cattle are entered into the correct batchesReporting and data maintenancePrepare reports and maintain data accuracy (systems / databases) for reporting as well as electronic and hard copy record keeping. Collate and report on information in relation to procurement activities highlighting exceptionsGeneral administration and office supportSupport the livestock team in all aspects of administration and producer engagement as requiredAdministrative excellenceStrives for continuous improvement in all aspects of office administration and processesCross functional collaborationInternal engagement with livestock teams and site teams to ensure alignment.
