- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Leisure Club and Spa, ensuring excellent service and a professional atmosphere.
- Drive customer satisfaction by managing feedback, creating action plans, and continuously improving guest experiences.
- Manage financial targets, including memberships, departmental profits, and sales, in line with budgets.
- Execute and promote the Leisure Club and Spa Sales and Marketing Plan to maximize revenue and achieve targets.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team through regular training, performance reviews, and a positive, supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and other regulatory requirements.
- Experience in hospitality or leisure management, preferably at a supervisory level or above.
- Proven track record in customer service and sales.
- Team management experience with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Relevant qualifications, such as First Aid, Pool Emergency Responder, Pool Plant Operator, or Level 2 Fitness.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
