Offering a hybrid working model (3 days in the office), a salary of up to £38,000 plus commission, this is a fantastic opportunity to manage key accounts across the education and sports sector. You'll play a central role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring seamless end-to-end service delivery.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of school, university, and sports club accounts, ensuring a high level of serviceAttend customer meetings (in-person and virtual) to review ranges, process orders, and strengthen relationshipsCoordinate and monitor sales orders, ensuring specifications and timelines are metPrepare quotations and work closely with product and merchandising teams on stock approvalsResolve delivery and service issues in line with company policies and maintain customer portals and data systemsWhat Experience is Required
