- Support the Senior Brokers by coordinating placement activities and delivering proactive, valued support where required.
- Handle Client requests for information (reinsurer, financial reports, industry issues, etc.)
- Liaise with Reinsurers in response to queries or requests, in conjunction with Brokers.
- Initiate the contract drafting process, updates, and production of final contract documentation.
- Work with the service team and build an understanding of accounting, claims and facultative administration.
- Update marketing sheets for the broking team whilst also producing data, statistics, and information packs.
- Participate in team, Client, and Reinsurer meetings.
- Experience within an Insurance Account Hander or similar role.
- Experience within a professional services background.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong communicator with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders and present information.
- PC Literate, including Word, Excel (Intermediate) & PowerPoint.
- Experience in Insurance and specifically Marine
- Open Twins and/or Whitespace
- MRC Slip Drafting
