- OTE: £40,000+ (average earnings £42,000, top earners £58,000+)
- Contract: Full-time, 45 hours per week
- Perform diagnostics, servicing, maintenance and repair work to manufacturer standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and workshop productivity targets are achieved
- Carry out vehicle health checks and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through manufacturer training
- Work to the highest quality standards set by both the manufacturer and dealership
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in inspection, repair, and servicing of vehicles
- MOT Tester qualification highly desirable
- Previous main dealer experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills and ability to work to deadlines
- £34,000 basic salary + OTE of £40,000+ (average £42,000, top earners £58,000)
