- OTE: up to £50,000 on target earnings
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings
- Location: Nuneaton
- Basic salary negotiable up to £43,000 depending on experience.

- Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota.
- Perform routine servicing, repair, and diagnostics on all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring the highest standards are met on the first attempt.
- Support internal departments in the preparation and maintenance of new cars, used cars, or loan vehicles.
- Collaborate with other workshop team members to share knowledge and learn continuously.

- IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
- Strong background working within a workshop environment, with extensive knowledge in vehicle diagnostics and fault finding.
- Hold a UK driving licence with minimal points.
- A committed individual and a good team player with the ability to produce high-quality work in a busy dealership environment. Motivated to work towards team targets.
- Candidates with an MOT licence and experience in hybrid vehicle technology are preferred but not essential.
