- Masters level qualification or equivalent experience
- Specialist knowledge and experience in medical & dental terms and conditions
- Specialist knowledge and experience in Medical education
- Specialist knowledge and experience in Medical rota design and roster implementation
- Specialist knowledge and experience in Employment policies (including MHPS)
- Specialist knowledge and experience in Recruitment
- Specialist knowledge and experience in oEmployment law
- Experience of managing and leading a team, ideally a recruitment, medical staffing or HR operational team
- Experience of continuous improvement of processes.
- Experience of delivering coaching / training to senior managers
- Experience of leading organisation wide projects and management of change
- Experience of negotiating policy development / TCS with trade union representatives, full time officers etc.
- Considerable experience in a senior Medical Workforce role
- Experience of managing a Medical Workforce function
