- Maintain up-to-date technical pensions knowledge for client support
- Develop effective relationships for efficient service delivery
- Prepare and finalise client reports and presentations
- Monitor income and financial control over client budgets
- Solid technical knowledge of DC / AE Pensions
- Up-to-date industry, sector, and technical knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant internal systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
