- Diary management, including arranging meetings and finding suitable locations for such meetings
- Running errands
- Helping onboard clients

- Liaising with suppliers over the telephone (ie utilities companies)
- Travel arrangements - finding not only the best connections, but at the best prices, with the favoured carriers
- Organising events (recurring and ad hoc)
- Managing timelines and deadlines
- Liaising with other relevant staff
- Keeping all subscriptions and memberships up to date
- Expense management and liaison with relevant accounting professionals
- Summarising and drafting documents and emails on client’s behalf
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
