  • Conducting assessments and reviews to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and young people
  • Developing and implementing care plans
  • Providing support and guidance to children, families, and carers
  • Collaborating with multiagency teams to deliver effective interventions
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate case records
Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration (e.g., SSSC)
  • Experience working in a Children & Families setting
  • Should be under the PVG Scheme
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Commitment to promoting the welfare of children and young people
