
BEMS Support Engineer

- Carry out BMS pre planned maintenance, small upgrades and additional works
- Respond to and resolve reactive breakdowns, both within core business hours and as part of the out of hours standby team.
- Identify system improvements such as upgrades, system enhancements and software improvements to ensure energy performance is being managed efficiently.
- Provide detailed and concise reports based upon your onsite activities.
- Good technical experience in Siemens, Trend or Tridium BEMS/HVAC Building Controls. Experience with Siemens Apogee would be advantageous however full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a collaborative working environment with all stakeholders, including customers and external service providers.
- Sound levels of customer service, with a professional approach and a dedication to meeting customer expectations, including delivering technical support, coaching and direction.
- An agile working approach, with flexibility to support an on-call rota structure.
- A full driving licence, as you will be travelling to different sites.
