- Provide 2nd-line technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated from the Service Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and other peripherals.
- Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise tools.
- Maintain documentation related to support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and 3rd party vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Assist in system updates, patch management, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Support user onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup and deactivation.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues where necessary.
- Proven experience in a Level 2 IT support role (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Office 365, and common business applications.
- Experience with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and incident/change management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
