
Quality Improvement Administrator

- Coordinating meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track actions to keep improvement activities on course
- Supporting the upload, control, and maintenance of documents within the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Managing the team mailbox, scheduling, and workflows to ensure efficiency and prioritisation
- Assisting in gathering, cleansing, and organising data for Management Information (MI) reports to support risk mitigation and decision-making
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance team performance
- Proven administrative or coordination experience in a structured team environment
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using internal systems or databases
