As an Estimator, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive cost estimates for projects at various stages across multiple sectors including Infrastructure, Government, Defence, and Life Sciences & Industry. Your expertise in cost estimation fundamentals and project planning will play a crucial role in the success of our projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.Key Objectives:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for each project phase in collaboration with the Project Team and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of estimating norms and benchmarks.
  • Validate contractor-provided cost estimates and assist with the approval process.
  • Participate in estimate reviews with contractors and clients to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Provide input to the Change Control Process and ensure compliance with company and client quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience as an Estimator in the construction or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of cost estimation, construction execution, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for cost analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working with contractors, clients, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
