We are working with a leading offsite manufacturer, and we're looking for a sharp, detail-focused Estimator to join their fast-growing team.In this role, you'll take the lead in preparing accurate, competitive quotations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You'll dive into architectural plans, collaborate with design and production teams, and calculate material, labour, and timeline requirements with precision. Your work will directly influence project success, profitability, and client satisfaction.We're looking for someone who:
  • Has proven experience in construction estimating, ideally with SIPs or timber-based systems
  • Possesses strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Can confidently use estimating software and Microsoft Office
  • Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
