- Detailed knowledge and experience of BREEAM, DREAM, and Building Regs.
- Experience of working in a design consultancy or experience of working within a contractor design environment, managing a small team of engineers.
- Knowledge of the design lifecycle
- Preferably Degree qualified, or equivalent qualification, in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related subjects.
- Chartered Engineer with CIBSE or IMechE or working towards CEng.
- An hourly rate up to £78 per hour
- Inside IR35
