Freight Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle sea, air, and road freight operations from start to finish.
  • Manage bills of lading, dealing with carriers, co-loaders, and brokers.
  • Arrange customs clearances and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide accurate quoting and pricing for freight services.
  • Track cargo and provide updates on shipment status.
  • Prepare and send notices of arrival to clients.
  • Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in freight operations (sea, air, road, and customs clearance).
  • Familiarity with bills of lading and customs clearance processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in tracking and cargo management.
