- Provide technical input and advice on print and marketing projects.
- Take briefs from clients, manage specifications, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Propose innovative solutions and alternative options where possible.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate costs and timelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring all projects align with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
- Monitor project performance, ensure accurate invoicing, and adhere to compliance policies.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to account growth.
- Manage budgets, profit margins, and performance metrics effectively.
- Proven account management experience, ideally in print, print management, or marketing procurement.
- Expertise in POS (point of sale) concepts and campaign solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of print processes, techniques, and press passing.
- Confident in liaising with clients, troubleshooting project issues, and implementing solutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
