With the majority of their projects being new build projects, ranging from healthcare to student accommodation. This is why they are looking to add to their long standing and dynamic work force with this exciting opportunity.In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities where you time will be split between the office, site and home. Within the role you will be responsible for visiting active sites and checking quality of all aspects of the project from brickwork, interior and groundworks to name a few. Once doing all inspections you will be responsible for providing quality control reports highlighting areas of improvement which can be passed on to site staff to ensure improvements are done. In this role you will be working closely with the director to ensure quality of all projects are completed in line with the company standards.The ideal candidate will be a construction professional with a passion and experience in quality control with strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to produce detailed reports, as well as having a full UK drivers license to be able to visit sites.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and ambitious construction company where you will be exposed to solid pipeline of projects and working within a collaborative team actively contributing the growth of the business.The Role:
