  • 06:00 - 14:00: Ā£13.25 per hour
  • 14:00 - 22:00: Ā£13.75 per hour
šŸ’¼ Job OverviewWe are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our Paint Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of painted components at various stages of production, ensuring they meet customer specifications and internal standards.šŸŽÆ Key Objectives
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure consistent standards for incoming, outgoing, and internally produced products.
  • Perform measurements to monitor and maintain the quality stability of painted components.
šŸ“ Duties & Responsibilities
  • Carry out inspections in accordance with IATF 16949 standards, including paint quality audits and outflow checks.
  • Verify identification and traceability of all finished goods.
  • Accurately record inspection results and maintain documentation.
  • Identify, contain, and report non-conforming products.
  • Support production teams in understanding and achieving quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections at customer and supplier sites when required.
  • Ensure packaging meets required standards.
  • Maintain high levels of 5S housekeeping throughout the facility.
  • Support ISO 14001 activities as needed.
  • Provide cover for other associates when required.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by management.
šŸ“š Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a quality department, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Willingness to undertake relevant training.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
