This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced professional to support one of the firm's key client groups while also focusing on relationship management and business development.Key Responsibilities
- Planning and Budgets: Support the development and implementation of sector BD plans.
- Relationship Management: Drive follow-up strategies after events and maintain a relationship tracker.
- BD Research and Analysis: Provide market intelligence and attend sector events.
- Pitches and Tenders: Manage the end-to-end process for Private Wealth matters.
- Events and Seminars: Plan and deliver sector events and assess ROI.
- Legal Directories and Awards: Lead submissions for relevant sectors.
- Thought Leadership and Campaigns: Coordinate outputs and follow-ups.
- Profile Raising: Identify opportunities for speaking engagements and media.
- Team Supervision: Support the development of the BD Executive.
- At least 3 years in a Marketing & BD team at a professional services firm.
- Strong business writing and copywriting skills.
- Proposals experience within a professional services environment.
- Highly organized with strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficient in IT tools like PowerBI, Peppermint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Confident in using AI tools for content creation and research.
- Curious and willing to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to gain credibility quickly.
- Professional, proactive, and resilient.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- CIM or equivalent qualification (desirable).
