Salary: CompetitiveA leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to support their UK Corporate division, with a focus on Private Equity, Venture Capital, and M&A. This is a hands-on role working closely with partners and fee earners to deliver strategic BD initiatives, pitch support, and profile-raising campaigns.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute BD plans aligned with practice goals
- Lead pitch management and support pricing proposals
- Drive profile-raising activity across channels and events
- Manage directory submissions and league table processes
- Maintain credentials, marketing collateral, and BD systems
- Collaborate across teams to identify cross-selling opportunities
- 3-5 years' BD experience in professional services (corporate exposure preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident project manager with strategic thinking
- Experience working in a law firm is necessary
