Job title: Chef Operation Manager
Location: South Wales

Salary: Salary £40,000 - £48,000 PAThe role:
Experience within a hotel, bulk cooking and/or restaurant environment as a Head Chef/Chef Manager/ Catering Manager. The ambition to provide the highest levels of cooking standards to its customers.
To provide excellent quality food production in relation to all kitchen areas, managing restaurant on site facilities.
Management of recruitment, development and corporate, private & hospitality
Management of purchase, storage, production and service.
Management of teams/ Management of Hygiene, Allergens, H&SKey information:
  • Full Time Contract
  • No Split Shifts
Skills required:
  • NVQ level 3/4 706 2 or foreign equivalent
  • Enthusiasm and skill set
  • Relative experience in cooking Bulk catering, Restaurant service and banqueting
  • Management of multi outlet catering
