Total Weekly Hours: 39 hoursPay Rates:Rotating Shift: £14.04 per hourPay Rise: After 12 weeks of service to £14.95 p/h📍 PLEASE NOTE: Due to shift times and location, you MUST have your own transport or live within walking distance.Job Overview:Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Dewsbury, is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join their team on a long-term, ongoing contract. We're currently recruiting for Line Loaders (with FLT counterbalance licence). Full training will be provided for all other aspects of the role.Key Responsibilities:Packing orders and preparing products for dispatchFeeding machines and monitoring their operationLoading production lines with raw materials (Line Loader role)Transporting goods and materials using FLT Counterbalance trucks (Line Loader role)Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of equipmentCarrying out quality checks to ensure product standardsMaintaining a clean and safe working environment on the production shop floorSupporting other tasks on the production line as requiredRequirements:Previous production or warehouse experience is preferredFLT Counterbalance licence requiredMust be reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a teamAbility to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety standardsFlexibility to work on rotating shiftsStrong work ethic and attention to detailBenefits:Full-time, regular hours with the opportunity for overtimeOngoing contract with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidatesPay increase after 12 weeksSupportive team environmentIf you're looking for a stable, long-term role with a reputable company, and you're either experienced in production and hold FLT Counterbalance licence, we encourage you to apply today!
