  • Build strong, lasting client relationships by communicating with clarity, confidence, and a genuine understanding of their needs
  • Deliver strategic, forward-thinking advice on DC scheme design, governance, and compliance that adds real value
  • Lead regular scheme reviews to keep clients ahead of the curve - competitive, compliant, and aligned with best practice
  • Drive change by supporting clients through scheme updates, enhancements, and new implementations
  • Work closely with internal specialists to create joined-up, end-to-end pension solutions that exceed expectations
  • Craft and present compelling technical insights, turning complex topics into clear, actionable advice
  • Stay ahead of the curve by tracking industry developments - giving clients proactive, informed guidance
  • Get involved in business development, from shaping proposals to showcasing

Requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding of DC pension scheme regulations and compliance
  • Knowledge of investment options and strategies for DC schemes
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client interactions
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role
