- Be the go-to expert - you responsible for the provision of strategic advice to trust based clients - both trustees and companies and provide secretariat services to a portfolio of clients.
- Lead with purpose - Own key client projects from start to finish, supporting senior leadership and driving results that make a difference.

- Inspire the next generation - Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.
- Proven experience as a pensions consultant, secretary, or in-house pensions manager
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex problems simply
- Strong project management and client delivery skills
- Collaborative team player with a passion for problem-solving
- Commercial acumen and drive to identify new opportunities
- Hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office)
