- Ideally, a related construction qualification
- Preferably post qualification experience in a similar position.
- Good technical knowledge of residential construction
- An understanding of Building Regulations, Warranty provision, land ownership, construction standards
- An awareness of legislation, health and safety and good practice.
- A strong working knowledge of IT, Microsoft products and the ability to learn other relevant software
- A team player who can demonstrate collaboration, and has the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Organised, with excellent time management
- The ability to work with agility and pace - to drive projects forward
- The ability to multitask and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
