Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, across 4.5 days (between 07:00-19:00, hours set at business discretion)Rate:
  • £33.00 per hour (Umbrella)
  • £24.66 per hour (PAYE)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Equipment Workshop Coordinator to oversee the management and coordination of role-specific equipment within a dynamic aerospace maintenance environment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the availability, serviceability, and compliance of critical equipment to support operational readiness and mission success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the equipment workshop, ensuring all assets are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Track equipment lifecycle, manage spares, and resolve defects using digital tools and maintenance data systems.
  • Interpret and apply technical publications to ensure compliance with regulated maintenance practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure readiness for deployment and exercise tasking.
  • Report on key performance indicators and contribute to planning and operational briefings.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • In-depth knowledge of survival and/or role equipment maintenance and servicing.
  • Demonstrable experience in equipment tracking and digital maintenance systems.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and adhering to regulated procedures.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and process compliance.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build trust across teams and stakeholders.
  • Decisive and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to obtain BPSS clearance
