- Educated to A Level or can demonstrate equivalent qualifications
- Previous experience of presenting complex data in a user-friendly format
- Extended experience of working in a healthcare of similar administrative environment
- Exceptional negotiating skills, with the ability to influence others
- Production of key performance indicator reports
- Experience of presenting complex data in a user-friendly format
- Thorough Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel creation/manipulation of pivot tables/charts
- Experience of NHS reporting tools
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to analyse and and manipulate data to produce informative reports
- Ability to prepare and present complex data to varied audiences
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand end-use requirements and to communicate technical information to a nontechnical audience
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload without superivsion, working to meet tight and often challenging deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team and on own initiative
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other colleagues in the wider organisation
- Good attention to detail
