
HR Systems Administrator, 12 month fixed term contract

- Act as the primary point of contact for the HRIS, by providing systems administration knowledge, support and advice for all HRIS functions and systems
- Maintain HR systems including data entry, system configuration and troubleshooting
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and maintenance of all systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with policy and relevant regulations
- Support HR projects involving process automation, system enhancements or new implementations
- Maintain documentation for system processes and standard global operating procedure manuals.
- Hands on experience working with a database
- Experience working with reporting and large data sets - imports, exports, data checking
- Good problem solving abilities and experience in a trouble shooting role.
