- Proven experience in automotive marketing, with a track record of successfully launching vehicles, executing campaigns, and driving brand growth.
- Deep understanding of the UK automotive market, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
- Strong project management skills, able to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex product features into compelling marketing messages.
- Data-driven and analytical, capable of interpreting market insights, customer feedback, and campaign performance to optimise strategies.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and communications.
- Creative thinker, open to new marketing approaches and digital channels, with a focus on innovation and impact.
- Comfortable with occasional international travel for launches, trainings, or industry events.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
