- Prepare technical specifications, reports, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into building designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical design and engineering, ideally within building services or construction.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and sustainability standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Knowledge of passive design principles and low-carbon technologies.
- Interest or experience in working within creative or cultural sectors.
